For billing help, include the account email and charge date. For a privacy request, tell us whether you need access, correction, a copy, or deletion. Never send a password or full card number.

Cancellation requests use the time we receive them. We may ask for enough information to verify the account. You can also cancel directly in Account Settings → Billing.
