Audio License
Broad private and commercial audio use without attribution.
What you may do
For audio identified as part of the Dungeon DJ licensed catalog, we grant a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission, within the rights we hold, to play it in private games, paid sessions, public venues and events, and include it in recordings, podcasts, videos, and livestreams, including monetized productions. No Dungeon DJ attribution or additional per-performance or per-view payment is required.
These permissions apply during authorized paid, Beta, or promotional access unless a specific offer clearly discloses narrower scope before use. You may loop, trim, fade, mix, and adjust the audio for permitted uses. Editors, clients, publishers, and platforms may handle a completed production as needed for its distribution without acquiring separate rights to the standalone catalog.
The license covers only material we have authority to license; user uploads are not automatically included. Rights in voices, images, footage, and other material you add remain your responsibility. Any future material with different restrictions must be identified before use and does not retroactively narrow an existing grant. We assist with mistaken rights claims relating to our license. Independent venue or platform duties and third-party rights outside our grant still apply.
Limits
Do not sell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish catalog audio as a standalone music library, sound-effects library, stock asset, sample pack, competing streaming service, or substitute for our catalog. An empty video or nominal wrapper does not transform standalone redistribution into a permitted production.
Do not claim ownership of our audio or register it in Content ID or another exclusive-rights system that obstructs other licensed users. You may protect your own original contributions without claiming exclusivity over our audio. The license does not authorize account sharing, imply our sponsorship, transfer our artwork or software rights, or permit access-control circumvention.
After access ends
A production made while you had authorized access may be published, remain distributed, and continue to be monetized after your subscription ends without continued payment to Dungeon DJ. Ordinary edits, excerpts, reposts, and format conversions remain covered when they do not add our catalog audio to a new production. New productions using retained catalog audio require current authorized access.
Ending a subscription does not preserve catalog streaming or new source exports. We may require a violating use to stop and pursue lawful remedies. An unrelated account restriction does not automatically revoke a compliant existing production's license. A genuine rights defect or legal order may require particular material's removal; applicable service and payment remedies remain available.
