Founder Pro protection

Eligible Founder prices are US$3.99 monthly and US$39.99 annually. Switching between these intervals preserves status. We disclose the effective date, credit, and next charge before a change; switching does not create overlapping paid periods or another first-payment refund guarantee. Taxes may change. Referral benefits reduce particular bills, not the protected base prices.

Founder Pro includes current and future features we make part of Pro. We may offer genuinely distinct Premium products or add-ons, but will not move an included Pro feature into Premium merely to evade protection. Future feature dates are not guaranteed unless expressly promised. Founder status is not ownership or a promise that the service will operate forever.

We may close new Founder enrollment without removing earned protection. Beta access follows the account's complimentary grant; changes do not start paid billing without agreement or withdraw a promised permanent benefit merely by relabeling it.

45 days of status preservation

Founder accounts receive up to 45 total unpaid preservation days in any rolling 12 months, counted using America/New_York calendar dates. Counting starts the day after paid access expires. Separate lapses share the allowance; renewing or switching plans does not reset it. Valid paid, promotional, or authorized complimentary access does not consume the allowance.

The allowance preserves status, not free playback. Account, support, and billing remain accessible when streaming access expires. A qualifying payment or credit-funded subscription completed by the displayed deadline preserves Founder eligibility. Once status is lost, older unpaid days aging out of the rolling window do not automatically restore it; a later purchase ordinarily uses the then-current Standard offer.

Dungeon DJ errors do not consume the allowance or forfeit status. We may correct mistakes or extend eligibility as a courtesy without promising future exceptions. Refunds and reversals do not create a new allowance, and we do not silently backdate a lapse to withdraw existing benefits.

Earning referral months

When a genuine new customer creates and verifies an eligible referred account, that customer immediately receives 30 consecutive days of free service and the referrer earns one month of referral credit. No later payment is required to earn it. An account can receive only one introduction; referral and encounter introductions do not stack.

You may earn up to 12 referral credits per calendar year, January 1 through December 31 using America/New_York time. Beta users and people without an active subscription may earn credits. Each award counts in the year earned; redeeming it later does not create another award.

Using credits on the plan you choose

Credits are stored as months, not fixed dollar values. At redemption, one credit covers one monthly base subscription charge or one-twelfth of the annual base subscription charge for the eligible plan selected. This applies to your first paid subscription, reactivation, and renewal. Changing plans before redemption changes the value used; no previous plan's value is frozen into an unused credit.

Earned credits never expire and carry forward while your account exists, including after cancellation or a subscription lapse. They are personal, nontransferable, and have no cash value, including at account closure. They do not refund an already paid period. Taxes and any other charges are shown separately.

Twelve credits cover the annual base price. We preserve fractional-cent calculations so rounding does not reduce the combined benefit. Unused credits remain available for a later eligible bill. Credit is not applied beyond the eligible subscription amount due.

Fair participation

Self-referrals, fake or automated accounts, impersonation, spam, and misleading invitations are prohibited. We may investigate and reverse demonstrably invalid awards, explaining adjustments. A referred user deciding not to pay, or sharing a household, is not itself abuse. We do not charge a card without authorization to recover disputed credit.

Disclose that you may earn credit when recommending Dungeon DJ with a referral link. We may revise or end promotions prospectively while honoring valid benefits already earned. Offer-specific eligibility and limits are shown before participation.

QR encounters and the free introduction

A valid encounter QR opens a contained experience without an account, usually a single location with stated controls. Moving beyond it prompts signup or login. Visiting an encounter does not authorize a charge or create permanent free access to every location. Any duration or access promised with a physical purchase remains governed by that offer.

An eligible new account created through an encounter receives 30 consecutive days free, once per account. No card is required. This access ends without an automatic charge or subscription; continuing paid streaming requires a separately selected subscription and authorization. Account, billing, and support remain accessible. Adult eligibility and service-protection rules apply to independent guest operation.
