Subscription prices and renewal

Dungeon DJ is operated by Cody Peterson, an individual based in Florida, United States. Contact us through in-app Support, at support@dungeondj.app, or by mail at 9 Maplewood Ave., Clearwater, FL 33765, United States. Email support is available without an active account.

Founder monthly access costs US$3.99 per month. Founder annual access costs US$39.99 per year, charged in one annual payment. Taxes are additional where applicable and shown at checkout. An annual plan's monthly equivalent is a comparison, not a monthly payment arrangement. Any Standard offer is priced separately and disclosed before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Checkout and the purchase confirmation identify the price, interval, first charge, renewal timing, and cancellation method. We send required renewal and price-change notices. Annual-plan renewal reminders are sent between 30 and 45 days before renewal, with cancellation information. We also provide annual continuous-service reminders where required.

Cancel without deleting your account

Cancel before renewal through Account Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals, has no cancellation fee, and preserves access through the paid period. If sign-in or the control fails, email support@dungeondj.app. We use the time we receive your request to determine whether a later charge was due.

Cancellation does not itself request a refund. A refund request does not require account deletion. Closing an account stops ordinary access and future renewal and begins the separate privacy-review process.

Monthly and annual refund windows

Request a full refund of your first paid subscription charge within 14 calendar days, once per individual across accounts and plans. This means your first actual payment after any free introduction. Changing plans does not create another first-payment guarantee.

Eligible renewal charges may be refunded when requested within 7 calendar days, limited to one renewal charge in any rolling 12 months across your accounts and plans. These windows apply to monthly and annual subscriptions, including accidental annual renewal. Ordinary listening does not by itself disqualify an eligible request.

We may make additional exceptions at our discretion without changing the general policy. We may refuse a voluntary refund when relevant evidence reasonably establishes manipulation, repeated cycling to obtain free access, misrepresentation, or other abuse. Shared household connections, normal listening, good-faith complaints, or a lawful dispute alone are not abuse.

These limits do not restrict legally required refunds, corrections of our billing errors, bank dispute rights, or remedies promised for service problems or termination. Outside an eligible window, ordinary change-of-mind refunds and unused-time proration are not offered except as described below.

Requesting and processing a refund

Use in-app Support or support@dungeondj.app with the charge date and enough information to identify it. Never send a full card number. Submission time determines whether your request is within the window. We aim to review requests promptly, ordinarily within five business days, subject to any shorter legal deadline.

Refunds return the money actually paid to the original payment method, with applicable tax adjustments. We do not deduct processing or cancellation fees from a promised full refund. Bank posting times vary. Promotional credits have no cash value. We review any credit adjustment separately and explain the outcome; a credit is never converted into a cash refund.

A full subscription refund ends the access purchased by that charge and stops future renewal. Correcting a duplicate or erroneous extra charge does not cancel an otherwise valid subscription. Reporting a problem to us is not a prerequisite to exercising lawful payment-provider rights.

Billing errors, service problems, and termination

Report duplicate charges, charges after timely cancellation, and suspected unauthorized payments. We investigate and correct confirmed errors. If a material problem within our control prevents the core paid service from working, contact support. If we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, we provide an appropriate refund or other legally required remedy, rather than insist on account credit when a refund is owed.

If we permanently discontinue the paid service or permanently end your paid access, including after a permanent ban, we stop renewal and refund the unused prepaid portion. We reconcile already refunded or unpaid amounts to avoid duplicate refunds. Credits do not create a cash refund. Legitimate losses or legal claims are handled separately rather than as punitive subscription debits.

Unused-time refunds use the actual subscription amount paid multiplied by unused days divided by days in the paid period, with tax adjustments. A qualifying full refund or mandatory remedy takes priority. Temporary restrictions are reviewed in light of the circumstances and service-failure protections. Non-Founder price changes apply to future renewals after required notice and an opportunity to cancel; Founder protection remains intact.
